Guta Likes Rope

    I love Halloween and spooky stuff. Spooky masks included--this is one of my favorites, simple but amazing. I don't always wear it too often, partly because I gave him a name, personality and back story. --His name is Guta. He is one of my best friends you could say. He inspires me a lot in my work.

    An older set, this was about when I was learning the corset tie with rope bondage. I wanted to perfect it so I was constantly retying it and trying to get creative with left over rope. At this point in time I also had a thing for wearing waist trainers and corset type gear almost daily--so yes that is a waist trainer I am wearing under the corset tie.

First Suspension

    From an older set, it was at a peak time I was learning and obsessed with the ins and outs of rope play and bondage--I had yet to take my work to the next level because at which point I was still tying myself up and learning, I didn't have a partner to help me regularly.

    Eventually I wanted to try suspension work, it seemed exciting to me and I thought it would be a new level--so I enlisted the help of a friend of mine, one of two people I have ever trusted to help me with these kinds of projects, because we had taken a rope bondage course together, and I knew I could trust her to help start the learning and first attempt at any suspension work.

    I have not done another suspension yet, although I would very much enjoy doing it some more hopefully in the nearish future! One thing I can say though, is that after this day I had a whole new level of respect for suspension artists, especially the models, it really works your body on another level. The experience is quite fun though and something I would recommend to be done at least once.

    While this is not a full on suspension act, we had to work with what was available to us, we found someone who was willing to let us do photos and work at their house;- though we couldn't be making any changes to add things for a full rigging system, we found that the patio was a decent make shift. It allowed us to have anchor points at least and to do something interesting with it for the materials we had.

Vintage Tones

 

    These are some older photos of mine, from my days as Nyx Tresa. Part of a set I had done between shifts of the day job. I had just learned to the frog tie and was having a lot of fun tying myself up often [sometimes I even practiced ties at work on my breaks and had co-workers time me].

    I don't always take extreme pride in much work I do, HOWEVER I do take a great pride in my abilities of amateur pin-up/cheesecake, boudoir, and fetish works, because I can tie myself up, I do my own outfits [piecing them together or quite literally making them myself], I do my own hair, makeup, AND take my own photos.

    I try to take advantage of natural lighting, or use of various artificial lighting to create most effects in images, occasionally I will alter colouration slightly to boost the lighting at most, but never alter my body or otherwise, I don't try to correct skin blemishes or otherwise. --Instead my goal is to set a feeling, a certain mood and otherwise to my photos.
