Again here are some older photos of mine, from about four [4] or five [5] years ago now. This was an important time I feel for some if not most of my work.
Each of these was from a different set of photos. Even then of the ones I chose to use for this post I carefully selected the ones that were my favorite for the example of black and white imagery.
Please note these are yet again my images of myself, despite the second image having a count on it, that is because as I stated it was part of a set of photos, as most of these are, that one upon saving it just happened to pop up with the number count and I didn't realize until now.
Black and white imagery is one of my favorites though and one of the few times it is quite obvious that I have used filters on my work, because I have stated before I am not the biggest fan of filters and use of certain editing tools or many if at all. --There is just something about a black and white image though that takes a piece to a whole new level and makes it something else. Maybe it is the older feel and look it can give, or a certain level of class or sophistication it can bring. Maybe it is the way it removes most of the stimulation of colours and brings forward the subject and what it is you want to convey or others to see.
